    Just got the information that the Lamborghini factory 50th Anniversary will be held next year on May 7th - 12th in Italy at the factory.

    We are the 7th May.

    49 years ago, Ferruccio and his wife signed at Bologna Trade Court the creation of "Ferruccio Lamborghini Automobili".

    I hope in year to meet as much as possible fellows at the big party organised by the factory for the 50th Anniversary.

    Well Peter, you give me the opportunity to "split hairs".... ha ha ha... I've checked my doc again !

    I believe you are confusing the AUDI era which labellised "Automobili Lamborghini Spa"... don't you have a Jarama instead of a Gallardo ?

    I've reversed the word, but I'm right with "Automobili Ferruccio Lamborghini" as it is typed on the original document...

    To be 100% correct ( and I am no doubt splitting hairs now ) is was registered as
    "Automobili Ferruccio Lamborghini SpA"

    200% correct : AUTOMOBILI FERRUCCIO LAMBORGHINI SAS, not SpA.

    SAS : Società in Accomandita Semplice, it was later modified in SpA

    Ferruccio's shares £ 450.000
    Annita's shares £ 2.550.000
