    Will the Ferrari 360 with F1 transmission upshift automatically? So you can't hit the rev limiter. I remember reading that somewhere

    Yes it is programmed to do that. It will do it in regular mode but not in sport mode. When you choose sport mode it will hold the gear you are in until you shift or it hits the rev limiter. With sport mode deselected you can just hold the gas pedal down and the car will shift into the next highest gear at redline.

    In normal mode yes, but switch to sport and it'll stay on the limiter. Even in sport, it will downshift automatically if your speed drops.
