    Guys,

I'm curious as to what happened with Autophile Books. I know their store closed some years ago (and I haven't heard if they've reopened anywhere else). In another thread somewhere on this site, someone mentioned that they'd shut down in order to focus on internet sales, but their website is no longer functioning.

Have Autophile closed up shop permanently? If so, it would be a shame, as I always enjoyed doing business with them. Are there any other stores like Autophile in the Toronto area (mainly books, models)?

    Thanks.

Minigrid on MT.Pleasant is full of books, diecast and wonderful automotive stuff! I got my 1/43 Lemans Dunlop Tire Bridge there!

I always found great stuff at Car Buffs in Square One (Mississauga). Their DVD and book collections are quite broad.

Thank you for the responses! Ideally, I'm looking for books relating to early/vintage Ferraris, either road or grand prix cars. This is the era that fascinates me most, and I'm looking to expand my knowledge in the area (I do a lot of reading in Vintage here).

I also noted the Toronto Star did a segment on bookstores in the Toronto area, so I'll be sure to stop and check out your suggestions (and theirs) when I'm in the area.
