a top notch place. Every Car they sell is legit and clean. There service I hear is great as well. You can even go on their website at www.autosportdesigns.com to see just a few of the cars they have worked on. I think there may be a few members here that get their cars serviced at autosport. They have a customer who owns a stunning 250 GTO and he gets it serviced there, and that shows you something. Are you interested in buying a car from them or getting your car serviced there?

    Thanks Bruce!! :)

I've used Autosport for my 308 and my TR (the '91 listed under cars for sale was mine :( ). They're good guys and do good work, but they aren't inexpensive as others will attest to. Other guys who use (or have experience with) ASD are BLACK355 (Emil), NOTOBOY (Dave), 348SSTB (Dave), and there are others. Chime in fellas!!

And the receptionist at ASD is a HOTTIE :) :) !!! That always helps!!!

You should also plug into the morgan ring on the web. You'll learn more about those cars in a couple days, hanging with those guys, than anywhere else. At least for the older, and special interest ones. Also, what about dennis glavis on the west coast? He has some interesting stock, including some special order cars of recent vintage, and some nice older stuff. I've talked with dennis a few times, but don't know about his reputation as a dealer. The autosport guys really seem to have the us market on Astons, though, don't they...

I can vouch for ASD - they are a very good place that stands behind their work. They do great work, but they're also expensive - I use them just the same because I'd prefer to spend the money and know its getting done right.

Their prices are a bit high, but I've heard they are more than willing to negotiate on the cars they have for sale.

I've used them a few times. To echo what everyone else said, they do great work, but are "Expensive". Antoine and the owner Tom are nice guys. Honest. They have a nice showroom, and a good body shop. What I like about them is that you can have your car towed there 24/7. It won't go inside but it will be in their parking lot. A few other independent guys do not do that. To me thats important, because the car usually breaks down after 6:00PM or on Saturday and Sunday when they are closed.

    Very reputable, wonderful people.

Ask for Antoin (manager) or Tom (owner) and mention any one of the number of names of people like myself who have recommended Autosport in this thread.

Antoine is a real gentleman (like FsF dreams he was) he restored two 930's for us, and a 308. Their operation is top notch. I wouldnt hesitate using them for a purchase or service.

I used to have two Porche 911's that he serviced when he was in Port Washington and Roslyn. He also sold both of them for me.

Tommy's service is top notch, not cheap mind you but always perfect. Antoine was just a mechanic then, glad to see he's movin up. Barry used to be Tom's partner, is he still there?

When he was in Port, I was dying to become a capital partner, I am sure he had plenty of customers trying to invest.

I would definitely recommend them for service and purchasing.
