aventador vs mclaren

Different Price, different class.

The Mclaren is not in the same league

 

I'm actually surprised the Aventador kept walking like that. I figured that the lighter weight of the MP4 would have more than made up for the 85hp.

 

Aventador is underrated as a serious speed machine. It has set various track lap records, accelerates like a veyron, and has possibly the best sound of any car.

 

Why do you say that? I am not disagreeing. I just want to understand.

I currently have a 12C Mclaren. I am looking at a new Aventador to add to my bunch.
How do you compare these with the 458 Ferrari?

The Mclaren with the factory updated ECU has actually proven to be faster than the Aventador.

That is a mistake, no Aventador has gone 10.2

I have a video of a McLaren doing 10.37.
I have a website claiming the Aventdor did 10.2.

Pics or it didn't happen.

 

I'd say same league or better in some case. Factory update was massive.

 

Yes, no Aventador has gone 10.2, thats faster than a normal Veyron.

 

The aventador is indeed fast off the line but unless they do launch control, the updated 12c is even with it or in some cases faster.. At that point it boils down to driver....
