.....not necessary. Just found them on the net and saw they claim to have some items which are hard to find.

When ppl behave like idiots they normally are and that is the only info I need.

Thanks all the same and take care,

Guys, there are plenty of other suppliers for 355/348 parts. If you are looking for a brand new item and can not live without a brand new one, that may be a different story. The way I look at it, If I got to spend 1500 on a given part, I will buy three used ones for that price prolonging the life of my car.
I am not trying to advertise myself, but as I said, there are plenty of parts suppliers here in US that can be beneficial to the world. Obviously the shipping charges are of a concern on bulky items, but makes more sense to pay for shipping then get screwed on 7K worth of parts.

He received new 348 lights new front grille and a new foglight!. I told him to send back the bonnet for a new one!
That bonnet was bought from a Ferrari workshop in Italy at 2200 euro plus 20% sales tax 2640 euro. It was the only one I saw in the last five months!
Better that than have your car lieing in the workshop!

Its only an excuse as if I sent the bonnet two days after with correct work done to prepare it it would of cost me this complaint!

I sincerly would of used it on my car if I had a F355 or 348 1000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000%

I have had 2000 clients so 3 that complain is not a bad !

I sincerly promised the client a great gift but after this publicity ????

I am closed from 22nd to 10th of September so I could not receive the bonnet!

But I do not see why I have to pay customs on a returning object!

I sell 99% new factory items! This person wanted to pay less and sent me alot less!

Ricambi is good talking (business reasons! my competitor!) but I sincerly never buy from him cause he is very expensive compared to all the others and doesn't have nothing in stock that is rare! His service kits are 3 times the price of mine! same parts!

I have clients which own 130 Ferrari by themselves and many actors and famous industrial people ...I never had problems with them!

Its the cheap skates that always cause problems that proberly can't even afford to own a Ferrari! and they always point the finger!

I didn't make money on the transaction and the bonnet photos don't look like my bonnet! I say the real reason is one:
The guy found a bonnet elsewhere at a bargain price and is trying for a refund cause he doesn't need one! I offered a swap for a better near one which I ordered from a workshop already! Costing me alot more than what he paid! I cannot believe some people out their!

I done my best to give him a bonnet which is out of stock everywhere. I offered a direct swap for another one I came across!

Go on all Ferrari parts people worldwide and the 348 front bonnet is out of stock!

I can't believe this its a real joke! More you try help people more that put it in your behind!

By the way the Mondial T guy got the money refunded by paypal immediately! People talk for others and don't know the facts!

He has now touched the real source of the problem. Ferrari agents and suppliers to the newer cars are used to dealing with people who don't care if a water pump cost 100 or 1000 dollars. But when they run into enthusiasts who are trying to keep a car alive out of, whatever, nostalgia, enthusiasm, irrational reasons, love, etc. and because informed purchasers see a price differential that is crazy on some parts there is friction.

I do not understand the policy of Ferrari compared to that of Mercedes where parts are available for the 190 SL even today from the factory.

I would have no problem to work with him but you must lay out the deal as best as possible before entering into it. He is a master of confusion. Use paypal.

I still haven't received no headlamp nor tracking number.

It doesn't matter anything to me for how much you bought it. That's you who does business not me.

You can do anything to your car but don't try to think instead of me leave it for me please. I don't need no gifts from anyone if I want something I'll buy it.

You told me 'send it immediately'. You should have managed your time on your own. If you've not aware of your local laws I can't do anything about it but now you can be not bothered with such a thing. All the Italian taxes are paid in full amount.

You are big liar. I've sent you the exact amount I've been asked to. And if you think that 8-10% is such a great discount then may be it was a bargain.

    :D :D that's really funny, yeah probably I can't afford it. ;)
Do you really think that talking bad about your clients will make a good reputation?

Why do you think I should spent my time on you? I'm not a rat in a laboratory to arrange experiments on me. You tried one bonnet it didn't work out let's try another one? We had a deal you didn't complete it.

Well you've got some problems with parts suppliers. Used straight bonnet can be bought for under 1000 euro. I was the same opinion making an order at your shop so 2800 euro is not a price for used item.

You see here everything is vice versa. I'm enthusiast but I can spend a lot on cars. Cars are my passion. While I even didn't start my restoration project I've already spent more than 360 would cost me and in the end I think amount of spent money will be at the entry level to 430. This 348 is just a way I like to spend my spare time and money.

I'm not quite sure about official Aston Martin position but a friend of mine has just finished restoring his DB6 to pristine condition and he managed to do it with the right amount of money. ;)

Now I see it. Actually problem in my situation is that he thinks that he can bring up decision about my parts on his own.

    The way I see it.......................

Then you have very low standards

No, you have 2000 people that bought something from you-how many keep returning is the number that would be interesting to find out

What a joke-just sell the parts you promissed-why would you need to give him a gift

Maybe you should have notified the customer!

Because you mislead the customer and need to make good

I love this one-YOU accepted the deal-stop crying because you dont like the deal you made- if you make a deal with someone-honor it.

Ricambi has the best service this side of the pond, prices are within reason and you always get what he Promises you-unlike how You conduct business!
BTW you prices are outrageous and your service sucks so where is your argument there?
You can only aspire to one day be half the supplier that Ricambi is!

    Says who-YOU-the liar and theif

Once again you accepted the deal- if you didnt like it why did you make it?

Another one of my favorite lines-spoken like a true liar. How do you stay in business if you sell parts at cost?

So does that justify sending a piece of crap part to a customer, misrepresenting it, and then crying about it on the internet when the customer calls you out for it.

Seems like you are the real joke here

You are mistaken - he is not your competitor, because there is no competition - Ricambi is hands down one of the best, most-liked, and most appreciated Sponsors on this board with service & support that is beyond outstanding....with thousands of transactions from members here I am yet to see one complaint, yet I have never heard of you before this thread and so far in this thread alone there are two members who dealt with you that have had problems.

Don't rant about the client, call him a cheapskate, blah blah blah....I think you should refund the OP's money in full OR give him what he paid you for, then you will at least regain some respect that you have already lost.

This guy is a true con artist. I ordered a couple parts from him and he said that he had them in stock and new. I transferred him the money (Euros 660) and asked him to ship them to me using my Fedex account. hat was 3 weeks ago.... One excuse after another. First he said fedex will collect them 1 week later, then he stopped answering my calls, then finally he sent me an email saying that the parts went to another client by TNT by mistake.... and he now never answers my calls nor my emails. I asked him to send me back my money, gave him till tomorrow to do so, otherwise I will forward this to my attorney in Italy.....

Do not ever do business with this scammer... he is a true jack a--.
