...and at all costs. They dropped my Mercedes off of their truck, causing almost $14K in damage, and won't give me a dime of compensation. I'm having to sue and have many $$ thousands in legal fees ahead of me.

This outfit is in Seagoville, TX (Dallas area) and you should AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.

Make sure that you ask your lawyer to see if you can file a Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claim. It may allow you to recover multiple damages in addition to your attorneys fees.

I don' t understand for the life of me how their insurance company could deny your claim. YOUR car fell off of THEIR truck......how the he_l is that not their fault?

I pray I am never in their shoes on something like this, but I would be rather pissed off if my insurance company did not pay out on something that was obviously my fault. That is why I pay the premiums.....

I was hit from the rear while I wasn't moving and the guys insurance said they were not taking responsibility for it. I contacted my insurance company and provided extensive info. They paid the claim and subregated it. Of course when this happened the other guys insurance company paid it. I think denial has just become common place. They are scum and you should not back down.

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I went ahead and filed a suit on them. There's a great attorney in Dallas named Kathryn Whipple that has actually had to "defend" shippers from time to time, so she knows the ropes. She's confident, but what a pain.

    I will keep everyone posted!
