Anyone read about Axl suing Beverly Hills Classic Car......said they owed him deposit back, and money for a car they sold on consignment. MAN, doesn't he know about this board. Post that ****, the FCHAT police will get him his Money right away!!! Geez, wouldn't that be AWESOME if he was on this board..........

Seems to be a few problems with Axl's story. For the car dealership to sell his Ferrari, he'd have to sign the title. Who would sign the title and hand it over prior to receiving payment? Every consignment deal I've been involved in required the dealership getting the signature after I paid, thus the 10 day wait to get the title in most cases.

Axl had an "oral agreement". How many contracts has Axl been involved in over the years? After a few thousand different business dealings I'd hope you would be smart enough to put everything in writing.

Hurry up and release Chinese Democracy before Velvet Revolver gets inducted into the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.LOL

 

i'm imagining my self driving in a Gallardo to...."the Paradise City where the grass is green and the girls are pretty"...

 

Axl also has an Enzo with a Tubi exhaust and a 360 CS. It seems like he is quite the Ferrari owner. Anyone ever seen him driving. His Enzo was being test driven by the service department and a friend of mine was 4 lanes over on the freeway and he said with his windows closed he still couldn't hear his radio over the Enzo with Tubi.

"Axl Rose Sues Beverly Hills Car Dealer

It's not Guns N' Roses but cars and cash that have rocker Axl Rose suing a Beverly Hills auto dealership.

The suit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims the dealership failed to deliver two luxury cars after receiving $20,000 in deposits and also failed to give the Guns N' Roses frontman any money after selling his Ferrari.

Rose contends that Beverly Hills Classic Cars took his deposits but violated oral agreements to get him a 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo and a 2005 Porsche GT3.

The suit also contends the dealer sold his consigned 1999 Ferrari Marinello but never paid him a promised $135,000 of the proceeds.

After-hours calls to the dealer and its owner were not immediately returned Thursday.

With Rose as frontman, Guns N' Roses reached superstar status in the late 1980s after the release of "Appetite for Destruction," which includes hits such as "Paradise City," "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Welcome to the Jungle."

The band split in a bitter fallout, leaving only Rose and keyboard player Dizzy Reed to soldier on under the Guns N' Roses banner. Former members Slash (Saul Hudson) and Duff (Michael) filed a suit last August against Rose for allegedly naming himself sole administrator of the group's copyrights."
