Any recommendations for Axle Seal replacements which will seal in Red line oil, or will new OEM seals solve the problem?

are you refering to the stub axels in the diff? if so the leak is from the bolt that holds on the flange to the stub axle. the stub axle is hollow and the oil leaks past the threads and into the CV joint causing all kinds of mess. i found that the anerobic sealant by locktite fixed the problem. i used it on the last half of the threads and around the washer.

Situation; changed oil to Redline, cleaned up the bottom covers, no leaks prior (other than normal seepage), one week later looks like a British auto.

The “Sealing Ring” #104300 in the parts manual spec 45-62-10. Mine is probably the original single lip seal. Ferrari has updated to a double seal #125078, and in some books has spec’d a directional seal, which I believe is the wrong size and will not fit.

Called Redline, new synthetics should be compatible with original Buna seals, other than the new oil could have cleaned the shellac formed on the metal over the years, opening up the leak point.

If your not having seepage issues, I'll do the TR seal.

    Thanks
