I've decided to see if there is any interest in my red-headed stepchild. She's been with me going on four years now and I've taught her just about everything I know. Now it's time for her to move out! I thought I'd see if there was any interest among the bretheren here before I put her out on the open market. Short, short story: I purchased her in 1997 w/14,000+ miles. She was immaculate then, but I decided to go all out and had the motor pulled and rebuilt from the crank up. Work was performed masterfully by our 355 fourm favorites: jetfixr and enginefxr. Since then she has been maintained to as near perfection this breed can be. She has just shy of 20,000 on the clock and once enginefxr gets some HVAC bugs fixed will be ready for new home. The B2 nickname came from the fact that a while back brother weasel (AKA jetfixr) and I both had '95 berlinettas. It was quite a sight when these twins would howl around the Cincy area much to the local gendarme's chagrin! We christened them B1 & B2. B1 left us a few years back and now its B2's turn. Check out the ferrariads.com ad, my fourm profile, or my website www.savantofsavvy.com for all the gory details. I also have CDs available with hi res pics that I can snail-mail to serious parties. For anyone looking for 'NICE'...this is it. It even has all the correct matching hardware (nuts and washers) on the underbody panels!
Don't do it. 1995's are just as special as Serie Fiorano(Nomex coveralls on). Looks like you have everything sorted out on the car. The car has to be near bulletproof from a maintenance perspective. Why sell? You don't have to post the answer if it's personal but if it's not I'd love to hear it.
Yep, I gotta admit.....There have been many tandem howling hair raising adventures with b1 and b2. Sky kid was gentle on this girl. I on the other hand made it a goal to redline every every gear. My 355 also had an enginefxr (aka "Cooter")rebuild... If an engine rebuild can withstand the wrath of weasel it's bomb proof guaranteed!
