p.s. I kind of liked it with the red bumpers. I always found the black bumpers to be a distraction.

Well, as my grandmother used to say, "To each his own, the old lady said as she kissed the cow." Whatever the heck that meant.... Or "beauty is in the eye of the beholder; too bad there are so many people with really bad eyesight." My grandma was cool for her time.

Jonathan, you know me... I'm pretty much a traditionalist and prefer things to be stock, or close to it. I would never do it, but do think that the red bumpers on his car looked decent. Yes, YMMV, and apparently it does. But that's why Henry Ford finally decided simply saying "you can have your car in any color you want as long as it's black" would not work in the long-run.

By the way, was that you about to be swallowed by that whale shark in those recent photos?????? Reminded me of that Star Trek episode when the Enterprise was about to be sucked into a giant flying ice cream cone.

Nice! I like the red bumpers, they look more integrated into the styling of the car.

I remembered on my first car, the bumpers were black because it was cheaper and being a poor college student that was all I could afford, the better looking color matching bumpers were more expensive.
