Thanks Andreas, this surgery has me scared. Doc tells me there's a possibility that if the surgery doesn't go well I could come out of it totally blind. I've got the best, Jeff Koziol, John K's cousin. Since I can barely see now, I'm willing to take the chance, surgery is scheduled for March 10th.
Don't worry. You have friends pulling for you. Yes, you see this correctly, I said friends pulling for you. Some of us even chat with the Big Guy "upstairs", so he will be pulling for you as well! You do know the difference between praying in a church and praying in a casino? In a casino, you really mean it.
LOL Reminds me of an embarrassing moment back in my Army days when I had a conversation with a guy who had an accident with a hand grenade. I told him "to take matters in his own hands"...badly placed idiom...
My beauty is now back in business. Replaced the fuel hoses like Gerry328 did. Also, for those that are interested, the clear-blue Cavis hose that goes from the gas filler neck to the breather crossover pipe does get fuel in it when filling the gas tank. Perhaps this is why the Cavis was origionally chosen. A new fuel pump and accumulator were installed as well and all works as it should. New thermostat is in and it holds right on 185F. Perfect.
