I find myself in a pickle having replaced the front tires with the original 20" Michelin Pilot Super Sport. (500 miles ago). The back tires were in great shape so i did not. Unfortunately for me i now have the problem that 1 of the back tires got a nail in it and the tire place advised me to put new ones. Well, Michelin do not make the Pilot Super Sport 285/35/r20 anymore. Replacement are the Pilot Sport 4S. So i either replace all 4 or i go around with mismatch front / back tires. Anyone knows a place that might still have a left over Pilot Super Sport ?

It's better to have different versions of the tires front and back, than having old tires. I think they stopped production of the PSS back in 2017/18? Can't remember.

You'll be fine with the two different versions of the Pilot Sport as long as it's the same tires on each axle.

How can you possibly have bad front tires and good rear tires? That right hand peddle on the floor, press it to the floor a bit more often! I regularly complain to my dealer that I'm getting bad rear tires because they last 1/2 as long as the fronts, defective tires ;), or just having too much fun. My 2020 Portofino already has 20,000 miles. My 2019 GTC4Lusso has 25,000+ miles. My first Ferrari was a 2010 California that I put 32,000+ miles on in 1.5 years.
