Haven't been on this site in a while since I haven't owned a Ferrari in a couple of years. After wrestling with myself over the debate of needs over wants, I thought I would be ok settling for other cars. I got rid of my Ferrari and purchased a few everyday driver type cars. And after S63, S65, BMW M5, Bentley GT, Bentley flying spur I decided to go for the closer to sport car everyday cars, Maserati GT, Maserati GTS and one splurge into a nightmare Lamborghini Murcielago, I just purchased my fourth Ferrari - a 2005 Ferrari F430 Spider. So glad to be back and can't wait to say hello at all of the events. See you guys in the spring and don't be surprised to see a Grigio Nurburgring (silver) spider driving around The Easton, MA area this winter. I am of the belief, DRIVE IT! YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU!

Welcome back to the fold, John! I have to say that is one heck of a list of cars to have gone through in only a two year sojourn with those other brands of cars!

Thanks Ashman, Its an addiction I am not proud of LOL! But after my experiences with so many cars, my conclusion is, there is no car more perfect or more special than a Ferrari!

It was a 2004 and at 4000 miles It had major problems including a blown tranny. Luckily the place I purchased it took it back since I had it no more than 2 months. Fun car when it worked though.

Ugh. Story of the early Murcielagos. I just wish sellers would do a little more to make sure the product they're selling is right before putting it in the customer's hands.

lol, yea Kenny! I'm not letting him out that easily!

Xecution- I remember your old silver 360 from a while back. I thinking of getting into a 430 or Murcie sometime in the spring. how's the 430 compare to the murcie?

Hey Silk, I remember you also originally from my S63 I believe. Well as I'm sure you have read earlier Murcies, not a good Idea, at least from my experience. Driving- personally I think the Ferrari is more fun to drive it seems to handle a bit better and feels lighter. And of course the sound can't be beat in comparison to the 12 and exhaust system in the Lambo. I also feel a little more stable and comfortable with the Ferrari at high speeds.

Hey John!! Good to see you back man! We all knew you would come back around. But by the list you went through, it wasn't a bad journey! Let's try to put a Cape tour together. Also, give some thought to coming to Canada for the F1 race in June. Stay in touch and my best to Natalie.
