    That bacon donut looks... interesting. I wonder how it'd taste.



    I was thinking of doing a loaf of bacon/cheddar/jalapeno biscuits this weekend. Any suggestions beyond the Bisquick box?

    One of my friend's mom made a bacon/cheddar/jalapeno bread loaf in her bread machine...it was really good!

    Actually I think it was some other type of cheese. Not positive about that one.

    In a perfect world, you would be gently awoken in the morning by your supermodel nymphomaniac girlfriend to a sumptious breakfast of your favorite juice, crispy hash browns, and the BACON EXPLOSION. She would make sure the Ferrari is gassed up for your morning pleasure drive before she heads outside to mow the lawn for you.

    In the above scenario, I could probably do without everything except the smoked BACON EXPLOSION.

    So, after trying the BaconSalt on a few different items here's my analysis of the product:

    Bacon Salt on grilled chicken: good
    Bacon Salt on hamburgers: pretty okay
    Bacon Salt on grilled scallops: good
    Bacon Salt on ice cream: not so good
    Bacon Salt on bacon: not so good

    This product is very salty and the bacon flavor is reminiscint of artificial bacon bits. Good on some applications, others not so much.

    Man, what is under that squeeze bacon, that's one unattractive looking burger, if that is indeed a burger.
