    Looks like he was slightly high and slow at the end of an instrument approach, pushed up the power just a tad prior to touchdown but still sank enough to touchdown way nose high and struck the nozzle, right side board, and right slab, possibly left side slab and board as well. That was a real mess and will keep that plane on the deck for a very long time. Tail strikes on landing were not terribly rare at Luke where guys were just learning. They were not like this though.
