    Hello guys,

always driving my 355 spider with a smile on my face.

Always want my wife to feel the same while driving my cars. but she is always complaining about problem seeing which gear is enganged. And I must admit, shes right.

The lightintensity is bad, even if I turn it up as much as possible, sunshine and top down and there is no possibilities to read the indicator.

Do anyone have any experience of this

Yes had the same problem on mine, it was corrosion on the instrument dimming resistor. Take the instrument house apart and clean the resistor surface with some kind of cleaner. Elfa should have something that will do the trick... If you need more info PM me.

You can get the F1 indicator rebuilt here in the States-

You can send it to Ricambi America and Daniel can handle it for you or send it directly to Steven jones in North Carolina- PM me for the email address-

When rebuilt the new LED is MUCH brighter!

It is probably a quick fix, no need to wait really... Unless it is the LED, but it doesnt soud like it.
