+1 KR best finish was third here before; don't think he's a big fan of this track; he looks hungover on the podium........

He looked the same yesterday in the post qualifying press conference. I dont think he likes being over shadowed by Massa. I think he was expecting to just come in and dominate but that's not happening at all.

Although I have refrained from offering an opion so far I was waiting to see some more evidence before I commented. As much as I like Kimi and think he may be the fastest in the world at this point I believe it is KImi's failure to step up in qualifying and take the pole that is going to possibly make the difference in the drivers and constructors championship. Had he been on pole I think he would have easily walked away . It would also appear that with all the talk of Massa being #2 the Ferrari engineers and mechanics don't see it that way as there doesn't appear to be any clear advantage to Kimi's car over Massa's.
If Kimi can start getting on the front row with Filipe, Ferrari will be much more secure. I think Filipe may have attoned for the screw-up last race.

    Forza Ferrari!!!

I think Kimi's personality is just dry. I have never seen him get too excited about anything in the past. He's not animated at all.

I think it just came down to fuel strategy, unfortunately, which took him out of the race. That's the one thing I hate about F1. Just fill up every car to the brim at the start. They already took out Michelin from having tires decide races. Might as well take out this fuel load bs, too. Turn 1 was really the only thing that determined anything other than Nick over Fernando.

Kimi's car was twitchy today. That car was all over the track.

Kimi has 22 points in the drivers to Massa's 17. As far as I'm concerned, Kimi is better. One race doesn't change my stance on Felipe. Bahrain is a boring race track in the middle of the desert. I don't think Kimi has ever won here. Didn't he get that massive suspension failure from the flat spot in 2005 on the first turn of the last lap? Yeah, Bahrain can suck it.

Haha...did anyone notice the little glass bottle Kimi used to fill his glass during the interviews. No alcohol in Bahrain huh?

great result for Massa...he NEEDS to win races like this...start out front, no mistakes. good result for Kimi, didn't have great quali, and held up today early on, still brought home a podium...should've been a 1-2, but can't really complain. FA did a good job early on holding up Kimi, to help Hamilton get 2nd place...great job by BMW! awsome that they're in the mix of it already...happy about that. Kimi still atop the standings...

Massa has never won here either, so there's no significance in Kimi's proir history at the track. And, can anyone confirm, but I'm pretty sure it was not Bahrain where Kimi's suspension gave way (I think it was a European circuit).

can't tell if this is sarcasm..??? you're dissappointed? really? 3 races in, and he's there atop the standings..and you're not happy?.not every race is gonna go perfectly...car setup, strategy, circumstances, etc...and he has been consistent...3 races, 3 podiums...and you're dissappointed? this was a race that we, Ferrari, and us supporters NEEDED Massa to win..and thank goodness he did...

probably same thing that happened to Kimi's...they couldn't get the car fully sorted...i'm just glad Heidfeld got 4th for BMW!!! if they keep it up, they will be in contention next year for sure!! i expect them to be in the mix of things consistently like today, for the rest of the season...if Mc and Ferrari drop the ball, they will be there!
