    Board attorneys,

A friend has gotten himself into a (financial) pickle.

I'd be happy to loan him the $$$ to get out of it, but looking at the situation, to a layman, it seems that he should seek competent counsel first.

I know we have a few good attorneys on this board.

Any recommendations for lawyers in the Salt Lake City "area"?

Dysko would be a good person to talk to. I believe he worked for a law firm in SLC.
Ryalex is a lawyer in Vegas, he does quite a bit with BK.
Unless there are some really different circumstances, I would stay away from loaning your friend money.

I guess I should be clear..

when I "loan" a friend money - I never expect it back.

I just don't tell them that upfront ;)

    Talked to ryalex already, thx.
