Banned users list?

Does it exist on Fchat? Not just a list of permanently banned users, but a banning history for active members as well.

Perhaps it is not considered relevant after the user has served his time in the time out chair. Water under the bridge and so on. However, if hypothetically a member is banned numerous times for the same infraction (posting copywrited material for example, or making threatening posts), having a history of this available to all members might be of value. Especially if the user continues with the same inappropriate behavior, the collective peer pressure to behave could be a benefit to the board as a whole.

This list would not impact the moderator discussions concerning banning debates that take place behind closed doors, but it would provide everyone with a history of who the worst and repeat offenders are (were).

Perhaps it could be added to the user profile, a "rap sheet" so to speak.

Just a thought.

Well, aside from seeing a still photo of him 'in character,' i did find the following reference, believe it or not, in the Time Magazine database, from an article by Richard Corliss, entitled "Porn Again" about 70's porno:

I can't remember if the shot i saw revealed him wearing black socks. Keep in mind that black socks were de rigeur in the industry in those days. Now, of course, it might have been a Chuck Connors look-a-like. He's not a member of this board, is he?

 

It would be a good idea to keep this place a bit more under control, just place a link on the control tab, click on it to view members that currently in time out or suspended for unworthy actions or any violations to the Ferrari Chat rules of conduct. Some sites will have anything from 1 day to 31 days or more ban depending on the moderator.
