    Great find!
I'v just checked f1racing.net again and they still have the same numbers as I posted. Looks like f1-live.com are faster and more accurate when they put infos.

Is there any way to tell what aero packages the cars are running? I looks to me that the Ferrari is running the higher front wing that is required for next year compared with the Renault.

Who cares about JPM? Look at Massa on P3!!!

Granted these are all just tests and Sauber lost a big sponsor with Red Bull and is trying to make headlines, but nevertheless the car does well on the new Michelins.

And with Anthony Davidson blocked by Honda from Williams testing, Quick Nick only has the Jungleboy in his way to a Williams seat. The long shot got a bit less long.

Problem is, you don't know what the numbers mean. Generally when testing to compare against other times, they only do certain intervals, not the entire track. Once they done that, they compare the various combinations, and put together a package that they think will be the fastest around the entire track. Since there is nothing coming up, it doesn't pay to do that and tip off the competition as to how fast they are.

Yeah, we really can't tell much from these teting times at this point. Alot of teams are running totally differnet setups with some running with '04 aero, while othera are running with parts of the '05 aero pkg. BAR seem to be running with their '05 rear wing (notice it is much further foward with even larger endplates than last year), and Ferrari is running with the '05 front wing (higher).

Different day. No relevance whatsoever. Although I do think JV will get dismantled by Massa (who I don't have a high opinion of).

I agree: Different day although I would think he would have liked to get closer. I don't think highly of Massa either, but I have the feeling that Massa will still outclass him. So Sauber has one slow driver and one fast one, who won't last an entire race. Hmm.

I just hope JPM can keep it up and win the 2005 Championship! He is the best thing that has happened to F1 in years. Just look at all the posts on FC about him, most hating him and some loving him. Who was it that once said " ...I don't care what people say about me as long as they are talking about me..."
