I would be happy with a Ferrari 1-2 as well, however, being Alonso's home track, I think he will shine here. Hamilton is already saying he thinks he can win this one. All the power to the Young Man.
I would watch out for Heidfeld and Kubica too. If they qualify well, then can also contend for a podium.
1. Alonso 2. Hamilton 3. Kimi 4. Heidfeld 5. Fisi 6. Massa 7. DC 8. Trulli I recall Alonso's incredible drive to 2nd place in an inferior Renault, shadowing Schumacher the entire way. I believe that was his first year with Renault, IIRC. If you don't think Alonso is going to be extra-motivated in front of his native crowd, then you must kidding yourself. Alonso takes this race from pole, going away.
Extra motivation won't make up for the gains of the F2007's new aero package. 1. Kimi (from pole) 2. Phil 3. Fred
Do you think by the time the F1 circus gets to Indianapolis, they will introduce the drivers as "The Kimster", Phil, and Fred?
1. Kimi 2. Massa 3. Alonso 4. Lewis 5. Heidi 6. Kubica 7. Rosberg 8. Fisi 9. Trulli 10. Heikki 11. DC 12. Button 13. Webber 14. Rubens 15. Ralf 16. Wurz 17. Davidson 18. Sato 19. Liuzzi 20. Albers 21. Speed (accident/mechanical failure/engine) 22. Sutil (ACCIDENT/ mechanical failure/engine)
Mclaren's wing is not going to prove as helpful as they want because it makes too much downforce and their speed on the pit straight will suffer. Ferrari is good to go from the improvements to the car and the drivers have adjusted to it at Fiorano after the test at the Barcelona circuit. BMW will race as hard as possible but its not good enough to beat Ferrari and Mclaren. Renault continues to have problems, but Kovaleinen (is that how you spell his name) put in a ton of laps and is great with the circuit. Btw, these are all predictions. Kimi is determined to beat Massa because hes been beaten in the last two races in finishing order and quali. Alonso struggles with car but is fierce and inspired because its his home race. 1. Kimi 2. Alonso 3. Hamilton 4. Massa 5. Heidfeld 6. Kovalenien 7. Schumacher 8. Coulthard
