Massa Hamilton Kimi Heidfeld Alonso It will be interesting to see if Hamilton backs off so Alonso stays ahead of him at his home GP. Carol
"Elevator music". Many elevators in the USA have music playing that is very non descript, we call it elevator music. Very plain songs that play for no reason. That is not a compliment for the music.
Haha...not at all! Sometimes "elevator music" was originally a good song that someone decided to redo and subsequently makes the song sound terrible...like a lounge singer trying to sing a hard rock song...not good! my pics... Kimi Massa Alonso Hamilton Heidfeld Sato just kidding about Sato...
1. Raikkonen 2. Massa 3. Alonso I see Raikkonen mach'n it from pole, while Alonso and Massa scrap with each other the whole way; ending up with a slight off by Alonso because he was seeing red.
Now that Toro Rosso are using paint instead of decals, they could very well be on the podium. http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/58607
+1 stickers vs paint: with Scott Speed, it wouldn't make for a difference, he needs bigger mirrors and bumpers
It would be nice to see Heidfeld pass Alonso on the track again (I still almost can't believe I actually saw that)! Nice to see people have confidence in Kimi (and who doesn't want a 1-2), but IMO, unless something has changed (and I hope it has), McLaren has better odds of putting 2 in the top 3 based on the prior results -- let this be the race that that changes.
I'm sticking with my prediction, although Kimi beating Lewis might be a bit overly optimistic after today's practice run. Looks like Renault might spoil the Beemer's fun.
I'm not so sure about that. It seems the Renault boys are fighting above their weight. Just six days ago Fisi was saying "This Renault was born Bad. Of course you can never rule anything out in F1, even winning with this car. But I don't think I'll be back on the podium in 2007. I don't see any chance of winning a race. The aerodynamics are wrong. It's better to start straight away on the 2008 car than wasting time fixing a car born bad." There’s more here on what's gone wrong: http://www.pitpass.com/fes_php/pitpass_news_item.php As many here know I rate Fisi very highly and think many on this board don't give him the credit he deserves. If anyone can turn this car around it'll be Fisi. Not only is he fast but I also think he's one of the top development drivers in F1. I also think that his no nonsense approach will certainly help Renault, unlike Honda. They also seem to have a car "born bad" due to their wind tunnel being miscalibrated(sp?) but are in complete denial about both the car and their mistake with the wind tunnel.
