Why do I get the feeling Toto is watching everyone post fast lap times and saying to himself "Oh, we beat that in the simulations," and just waiting until March 24th to reveal their true "party mode." I hope I'm wrong, but his a sly Wolff.
Im an F1 fan. I will watch without Ferrari. This is not something new if you have seen my posts. Thanks for the dis-couragement LOL.
Oh please spare the holy lecture. I cannot control Liberty Ferrari or F1. Ridiculous. Feel better now? More superior. Vettel still sucks LOL Ive posted recently about F1 and its potential decline. Sorry your not stating anything new. I cannot force F1 to stay around if they want to close or sell. I guess you are more powerful as a fan. Good for you!
Hard to assess this. Testing is always tough to monitor so early/ Next week we will see some firm examples of the cars in race form.
Strange reply.. You said that you do not care if Ferrari would leave and I said you would certainly care if this is the end of F1...So keeping Ferrari in F1 with some extra money is in the interest of everyone, be it liberty, FIA or the other teams who would have no series to race in otherwise... I do not know what this has to do with "controlling Liberty, Ferrari or F1" nore "me being powerful as a fan"???
IF F1 is sold or dies thats not really something I can control. IF Ferrari leave...I cannot control it. As a fan I like F1. What the teams do about staying or leaving is also their problem. As corporate entities they will do what is best for them. I have posted more than once I dont care if Ferrari leave. I will watch no matter. I cant care because its not worth it. What should I do drive to Maranello and protest. Red vest??? LOL
Some other series are worth watching, even if there are no Ferraris. I think it's wrong to believe that without Ferrari there would be no F1.
So far so good, never questioned... The question is if there is still something to watch after Ferrari leaving... you simply contradict yourself when you say you care about F1 but you do not care about what is obviously good for F1 (Ferrari being part of it).... Complete nonsense and it has nothing to do with what we are talking about....
day 4 The Ferrari mechanics have the end plates wired with sensors. The engineers want to find out to what extent the wing bends under load. a bit bored i guess...hey, everyone knows about daynota? haven't seen him around for a couple of days...is he banned again or just enjoying a Vegas trip???
Oh please not caring if Ferrari leave is nothing. They leave. So stop them. They make a decision if Im a fan or not. I will watch F1 without Ferrari. If no F1 then something else. Life is short. Really this bothers you so much my opinion. Again go tell Ferrari or Liberty what to do. They do not care in the end about me or most fans. Its not their job overtly.
The last time they did just that was with BAR in 2007, and the result was plain to see for the world. As much as I like Honda, and I do like them a lot, it was not exactly a qualified success... Then they sold their team to Ross Brawm, who put a Mercedes engine in a car designed for the Honda, and, as they say "the rest is history". Rgds
I've not heard any long established (but non receiving) team moan about the bonus. Have any of the young teams even? Even if they have, they have no rights to complain. The Heritage bonus is not something they found out about after joining F1. Ferrari leaves F1. Ferrari will be fine. F1? I'm not sure. I am sure that F1 WILL lose a big chunk of viewers. And I believe it will genuinely be several nails in F1's coffin.
