Hello Chatters, I plan on going to tomorrow's Ferrari night. Anybody else going?
I'll go, what time is everyone planning on getting there? ...weather forcast calls for rain all day ending early evening.
I have never attended this cruise. My client told me it starts at 7:00. I plan on getting there by 6:45. I have a red 85 308.
I would really love to go. But,tomorrow,my Lil' Frankie is turning 7 years old. So,we will be celebrating Juniors Birthday. So,will have to,regretfully,pass this time...

There was a slight drizzle on my way home from work so I figured nobody would show up. Did anyone end up going?
I went to the cruise night yesterday. It was excellent. The overcast sky may have kept a few people away as folks that attend regularly say it gets crowded. The theme was Ferrari night as posted earlier. Twelve F-cars showed up. All different years and models. Two Pantera's and a Maserati filled out the Italian group. Roll Royce was well represented as well. This cruise had police walking about plus entertainment by an Irish dance group. Many free raffles, food sold by a local pizza place and sandwiches on the grill fresh from another local place. This seems like a winner as admission is free, it was done by local people that know how to throw this bash even down to signs directing you with your car to the show. They have themes but the group of ferrari drivers said there is always a large mix of cars. Many f-cars. The rest of schedule is 8-19- GTO, 26-import, sept-2, americian muscle. Lets get together and fill the place with Ferrari's. Sorry I left the office without my camera or I would have posted pictures. WE NEEDED DAVE B AND HIS ALWAYS SHOOTING CAMERA. Dave get that 512 up to Barrington. !!!!
Sorry F355 I did not see your post. I was looking to meet you in person.I was asking the 355's if they were you and they said no. They asked where you live and when i told them South Barrington they said they do not know you. Many of them know of the chat but do not view it.
I gotta make it to at least one gathering this year. I'll try for next Thursday. Hopefully the weather holds up.
