well Larkin gets in. personally i think he deserves it but to snub tim raines is a disgrace. if dawson and jim rice are in, raines should be in. additionally, lee smith should have been in the hall 5 years ago.
I agree on both points. IIRC Barry Larkin played in the CWS the same year that Will Clark, Rafael Palmiero and Bobby Thigpin did, 1985 maybe?
on a side note, i loved will clark as a kid. clark and mitchell was oddly my favorite duo in baseball at the time.
