I live in Baton Rouge and just bought my first Ferrari, a 1989 328 GTS. Can anyone suggest a mechanic familiar with this vehicle? You can answer at my email [email protected] if that would be better protocol. Thanks

Jim Lindsay - he's in N.O. but well worth the drive from Baton Rouge. His shop is probably one of the most respected in the country, every time I've been there has been at least one of the Ferrari supercars (288GTO last time I went). He also does all of the work on the Breadvan and the 330TRI/LM.

Linsey Auto is the best. I think you'd find a some of us would not own Ferrari if Linsey wasn't around!

Tony, congratulations on your first Ferrari and welcome to FerrariChat. I would second that about Jim's place. He is a quality person and produces quality work.

Great Tony, another Ferrari in BR. We should meet sometime. I'd love to see the 328, and maybe after we could hit River Road (A favorite of mine).

Without a doubt, Jim Lindsey's shop. Mike can rebuild a 308/328 blindfolded.
