Battery booster experience or recommendations for a 458 Italia?

Unfortunately I share a public garage which has no power outlets so I cannot attach the battery conditioner to my 458 Italia and from time to time I may have to leave the car for up to 3 weeks while I'm travelling and I'm just waiting for the day the car does not start due to a low battery.

Have any of you used or got any advice on using battery boosters? I checked the 458 Spider manual (page 214) and it says you can use them (interestingly enough the Italia - page 198 - does not say anything) but I read some other posts for earlier Ferrari's where it said jump starting the car is not advised and can damage the car. Technically this is not so much a jump start but a battery boost (similar but not identical).

Having read up a bit on the general topic it seems the key to these devices is the (cold) cranking amperage, do any of you know that that is for a 458?

Any advice or suggestions... I just don't want to be standing around one day cursing and waiting for a breakdown service who will probably do exactly the same thing... jump start the car using a battery booster.
