Hi, can someone show me the picture of the battery mount and cover for the 348 TB engine mount battery? my car didn’t seem to have the mount or the cover Image Unavailable, Please Login thanks
Interesting you ask about this because I have been researching this for the past year. It appears that you have everything except the top cover. You have the tray and insulated surround and I would guess there is the traditional bracket at the bottom to secure the battery. The top cover has been my concern because my cover was not in place when I bought the car. I searched and found that they were still available from Marinello Classic but they are not cheap, think $600 plus. I finally broke down and purchased one last year only to find it appears my car being an early build never came with one based on the fact the two fastener brackets clearly visible in your picture on the right side of the case were never on my surround. I will post the picture of what is missing from your car (top and bottom).
My 1990 348 was also missing the battery cover . Purchased a carbon fiber cover from Superformance UK
