I have a 2002 360 Modena. I have e Porsche battery tender that a put in a side port on the passenger side of My 2006 Cayman S. Can I use a similar battery tender and place in the cigarette lighter of the 360 to keep it charged?

Also thinking of getting rid of the whole problem by replacing the battery with an antigravity lithium ion battery ( saw it on Normal guy Supercar video). any thoughts.

Also, what are people using to clean the engine bay? I've been looking at a video using Shine supply solution.
    Thanks

Shine supply is good. I like using carpro. Exliler which is a high end quick detailer. I also use small brushes and even steam. Try also use quality micro fiber rags that only you use in the bay. You can get some great detail stuff at obsessedgarage.
My carbon parts are all ceramic coated to help and persevere carbon. I'm actually a avid detailer and love helping on stuff like this.

Personally, I don't think the tender problem goes away with the lithium ion battery. The basic problem still exists. The alternator is just not up keeping the battery fully charged. So with a lithium battery, it may last longer before falling below critical level but it likely will eventually need to be charged just like the lead acid one that you have now.

When my battery is up for renewal, I'm seriously considering going for the antigravity battery. It's much lighter and that's worth the money to me.

As for cleaning the engine bay, I suggest spraying your product on a rag and use that to clean. Keep from randomly spraying electrical components with cleaning products. Leave the hose behind. Free running water in the engine compartment is not a positive for these cars.

    Thank you.

The antigravity battery is what I'm looking at.
