    Hi pros and cons of storing car for a couple years. 1. what to do before storage and 2.What to do when I re-commision car.keep in mind the car is in fantastic mechanical condition.

    don't do it. At a minimum you will end up replacing all hoses, brake lines, timing belts, flat spotted tyres. Electrics also don't like laying dormant

    tough call. If it must sit then climate control, wheel cradles or on stands right at the suspension pick up points, a little oil in the cylinders, fresh fluids, plug the air horns and muffler tips with a dessicant (sp?) of some sort and place the car in one of those car-coons that is an inflated bubble.
