Will F360 BBS Ch wheels fit on a 355?

Or do I have to cut some metal off from the wheels to fit?
I think the back wheels are too wide and will not fit.

    Any suggestions?

    FRONT: 8 J x 18" H2 ET 31,5 RE 480 (normal 7,5 J x 18")
    BACK: 10 1/2 J x 18" H2 ET 39.95 RE 481 (normal 10 J x 18")

Will these will stick out too much on a 355? I have seen a 355 with Standard 360 wheels and it was tragic.... the wheels were waaay beyond the wheel well..... :(.

Am really interested in this answer if anyone knows. I think that spacers are needed, but not sure.

Wouldn't the spacers just make them stick out that much farther?

Pappy thinks that the wheel centre hubs, need to be machined to remove some material. ;);)
Then they will fit, using the correct length wheel bolt of course. :D:D

Yep. To do the job properly, I have seen Fchat owners with 360 wheels have the centre hubs machined so that the wheels do not stick out as much as stocko 360 wheels. Looks A LOT better, than having the wheels stick 2" past the front and mainly rear gaurds. :p:p

I have seen them fit stock 360 wheels to 308, 348 and 355 also. I cant recall which owners did it this way, but I remember seeing pics of their cars and they look great. Hopefully, they will pipe up and offer some advice. :):)

I remember the specs on the regular 360 wheels (had them on my 348) so if someone could post the specs of both wheels and the difference between the 2, I could give you your answer....

As for the normal 360 wheels on a 348, they will work...The fronts fit perfect adding another 15 mm in width (almost the exact same width as if you were to use the spacers that the later 348's came with)

The rears add an additional 41mm in the back which is 16mm wider then the 25mm spacer that came on the later 348s...I had zero isssues with the extra width except for maybe the sides of the rear bumper got dirty because of the tires kicking dirt up easier...

For the 360 wheels, you must remove the 15mm and 25mm front and rear spacers if you have them because they are not needed....
If you do not have the spacers, your standard wheel bolts will work fine. If you have the wheel spacers then you need the wheel bolts that came with the early 348s which short the rear bolt lengths 25mm (80mm to 55mm) and shorten the front wheels bolts by 15mm (i forget the size, I am going on memory)

If someone can post the offsets of the 2 wheels and the width of the wheels (both 360 and 360CH), I could give you a definitive answer)....

Again, posted above are the specs for the normal 360 wheels on a 348, not the 360CH...

I have this worksheet stashed on my hard drive. I downloaded from somewhere on FChat, but I don't know who originally created it. I also don't know how accurate it is...

I wanted these wheels for my 355 but was told that I would have to shave them down or add spacers. First off how safe is it to shave that much material off of a wheel? The second problem I had was with the spacers the rear wheels seem to hang outside the fenders too much. Here is a pic one seller of the wheels sent me a few years back. This one has the spacers......some people like them but I think they hang out too far.

I think you CANNOT remove material from the wheels...way too dangerous.
The only option is to wait when a F360 will arrive in the future....
