Why is smoking pot such a issue in the US of A ( I never smoked a sigarette or pot) I heard even a president of the USA smoked pot, but not inhaled(?!); correct me if I'm wrong.

Apparently, because of its illegality here, it is more of an issue. You do appreciate the PUlp fIcTion references in my postings, yes? (BTW, there was actually a study done, reported in the NYTimes today, about drug addiction in a permissive city where certain drugs are legal- Amsterdam and one, San Francisco, where they are not. Conclusion: no real increase in drug use due to legality, in fact, the opposite, since where legal, there is little mystique). BTw, I spend huge amounts of time in Amsterdam in the 90's, working- very much enjoyed it. Oh, as to Clinton, who knows what to believe- he didn't really have sex with that woman, etc.
I don't think he got the Pulp Fiction reference. Love that movie. And yes Clinton inhaled smoke and maybe a pube too! And it wasn't Hillary's.
