Am looking to put a Becker Monza in the car.
Anyone have any good sources or experiences to share?
    Many thanks!

I don't think I've seen a Becker radio in any Ferraris that was built after the mid to late 1970s. Older Mercedes upto maybe the early to mid 1990s used Beckers (and I think some older Porsches and BMWs again maybe from the 1960s and 70s used them too). I remember the Becker Mexico, Grand Prix and Europas but I have not heard of or seen the Becker Monza. My parents had the Becker Grand Prix in an 1985 190E and then in a 1989 300E. The radio and cassette player functions were good but the radio had so many buttons you really had to read the manual to make good use of its capabilities. Unfortunately at the time, MB's standard speakers and sound system design was really low quality while the radio/head units from Becker were rediculously expensive. I believe that the 190 got broken into in 1988 and the replacement Becker Grand Prix radio/cassette player was something like $1,600.00 (not including labor to install it).

    Best regards,
    Dino

The Becker Monzas come with several screen colors -

    AM/FM CD MP3 Player
Listen to Standard CDs and MP3 Files
DOT matrix display; ETC - Easy-To-Control soft key menu control
Security (code entry); "Snap-in" chassis (excluding surround)
Bands FM, AM, RDS; Frequency range FM 30 Hz...15 kHz, AM 50 Hz...3kHz
Radio text display selectable via Info key; 48 fixed channel memories (12 per band)
    Source-separated treble/bass control; Music power (Watts) 4 x 30 RMS (Watts) 4 x 18
Balance and fade adjustable; Pre-out 4-channel

The only gotcha I have been able to find is that it has a European AM range which overlaps but is different than the American AM range. This seems to be a good option for a more classical/conservative European look for a Ferrari radio, and has a quality heritage. Price is about $500. Many other radios just look out of place to me.
