Don't laugh. My wife has an old Bose clock radio for her alarm clock. We like it because it is very simple to use. Radio comes on at a low level and ramps up the volume. Excellent sound quality. Easy to use snooze button on top. Etc. The LED is iffy. Flashes dim to bright at times. So we are looking for a higher quality clock radio that is simple. We are old. Many to choose from. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Even if they do not make a model anymore I might be able to find a good used one on eBay. We like the volume ramp up.

    Thanks

Sony do a clock radio where the alarm volume ramps up, also has digital radio. Maybe what you are after. Also good luck with sale.

Can't really find something I like. We have a Bose III in our kitchen we never really/seldom use. So it will replace the old Bose wave she is using now as her clock/radio. Display auto dims. Wake up music slowly ramps up the volume. I could not find that in a clock radio.
