beeping noise

Having a bad month lol. Ill give you a little background, had my clutch changed and about 400 km later sparkplug#3's coilpack gave in so I got a new one and all the plugs changed. 50km later I was driving it and when I was going over a speed bump in gear 1 a beeping noise happens, I park the car , had lunch and when I got back and put in first and the minute I put my foot on the gas a beeping noise happens again, I put it in neutral and tried again and same thing. The minute I took my foot off the pedal and start moving the beepin noise happens, it's the same noise as when you are sitting at a red light and u r engaged in 1st gear and your foot gets light on the brake so the car beeps and puts you in neutral, same noise but I don't get put into neutral. I drove it have (10 km away) and it doesn't do it, weird, has anyone expierenced this? Thank you for any feedback
