Some say that they use a generic ETA complication, and therefor are worth but a fraction of their sale price and that they are primarily a fashion statement, like Chanel.

 

There are a lot of high end watchs built on generic movements.
This can be good or bad depending on the person.

Homework is fun and my taste in watchs has moved significantly in the last few years.

I do like the larger B & R Heritage watch.Saw one in Denver last week. AD said they could not discount off the msrp of $4800.
They are all over the net for $32-3500.
I think they are neat looking.

 

I have two and my wife has one. I love them and have had no problems with them in the two years we have had them. I also swim with mine all the time both in my pool and ocean.
If you like them get one, you won't be disappointed.
