Who Is Going To Bella Macchina this Sunday?

Never have been, I understand this is a very nice event, and they will have a great barbeque for $15.

Spoke with Andy this morning. This event starts at noon, so maybe we can meet for breakfast somewhere at 9-10AM, and then drive to TY? Supposed to cool off by Saturday with lows in the 50's. Sounds like a nice weekend.

    Trophyed twice before.

This year spectator. Have group ride in morning with Harley club and hit TY on the way back, or if time permitting, will get the beast.

If someone has a Frisbee - bring it! Lots of open space.

Fred - really looking forward to seeing your new CS.

This event looks like fun and I think I might make it the first one I attend since moving to South Florida. One question, though-- can my car compete in the concours without registering/paying before Sunday? It's a little late for my to snail mail a form in.

    Bic -

I spoke to Marc yesterday about the same thing. Fax your registration to him (the # is on the reg form) and bring money for your entry/lunch on Sunday.

The event starts at noon, probably a little earlier if you have not registered and intend to enter your car.

Anyone up to meeting for breakfast around 9:30 AM on the beach?

Read his post, he wants more enregy, not energy............ That must be something they sell in Phoenix.

William, a little too far south for most of us. We were thinking the Diner just west of I-95 at Cypress and Andrews.

Maybe you know of something in the I-95 Hollywood area?

I suggest meeting somewhere in Hollywood to avoid having the people from various points north & south going out of their way. Some suggestions:

    1) Starlight Diner - In the Oakwood shopping plaza, across from the Home Depot, Between Sheridan & Stirling.

    2) Grandpa's Bakery - off of Federal Hwy, 1 blk north of Sterling.

    3) Deli-Den - Sterling Road, west of I-95 & just west of N. Park Rd.

    4) Bagel's & More - Sheridan St., in the west side of the plaza across the street from the entrance to TY park.

All of these options are very close to TY Park.

Just some suggestions. It doesn't matter too much to me, since I may not be able to meet up for breakfast that early - I'll probably be busy cleaning my car on Sunday morning! However, I will try to meet up to drive into TY Park together.

Stayed tuned BT. I think it will all come together Saturday. Nevertheless, I will meet you there at 9:30-10:00 even if no one else goes.

For me breakfast be light, as the event is a barbeque with a lot of food, and I ate way too much at the polo party. Gained a bunch of weight overnight as the picture shows:

I vote for Bagel's & More? Sounds like a nice small snack so we will still be able to gorge on the BBQ, yet close to the park. Not out of the way for anyone, and we can keep an eye on the vehicles. Anyone else agree???

Assuming we have cars coming from the south, the closest place to I-95 and TY Park are OK with me. If the only folks that want to meet for breakfast are coming from the north, I am still OK with the diner off Cypress.

Whatever place works for you guys is fine with me. The place with the best view of the parking lot and cars is always my first choice!

Ugh....... I just got done eating "all you can eat ribs" at Roadhouse for lunch......I definitely got my moneys worth, so I can't even THINK about eating breakfast right now without feeling sick.......

All the places I listed are within a mile or two radius of the entrace of TY Park. I don't really care about the breakfast location since I'll probably be cleaning my car, and will want to save room to "dine-on-swine" at the BBQ. However,.... regardless of the breakfast meal location, let's try to all meet at the plaza across the street from the TY Park entrace (This plaza is on the North-West corner of Sheridan Street & North Park Road) at 11:30-11:45am, so we can all drive in together.
