Question on sources for QV belts and bearings. I checked Trutlands and they ask $375 for a set. SuperPerformance looks to get about $180 plus or minus for exchange rate. Are they selling the same make of part? If they are different, are the superperformance parts quality? Hate to pay 2X for no reason, but hate more to have a belt break.....

What Ferrari are you researching for? £60+ P&P is the UK average for 308's

I've picked up belts from www.evansauto.com very reasonable. I htink about $30/belt.

I also picked up belts and bearings from T. Rutlands and didn't think it was even close to $375... maybe $225.... that was about 4 years ago though.

Thanks all - I will also try Dan at Racambi. I reciently purchased the incorrect water pump belt from them and Dan returned my call promptly and sent the correct belt before I returned the first one. Good service there.

It was installing this belt that I noticed the tension on the cam belt to be rather loose. Only 5K miles on the cams, but seven years so time for a change.....
