hihihi realised that the silver horse badge on the boot of my 550 is slightly bent. looks like someone tried to pull it off by the tail. Question : is there a way to unscrew it from the boot, bend it back to its correct shape and put it back ? the tail iss slightly off by about 3-4 mm. not much. any ideas ? any experience ?
This happened to me with my 355. I removed the emblem by unscrewing the two 7mm nuts on the back panel. This is easily accessible from the engine compartment of the 355, but since you've got the engine up-front you'll probably need to remove some trim in the luggage area. Be really careful when you bend it back to shape or it'll break. See attached image -- item 13 (!) Items 14, 15 & 16 are the nuts & washers Hope this helps, Rob
Ok, thanks for the info. I will give it a try when i got a bit of time. Just done the front shock acuator wire untangle..... This ferrari is turning into a full DIY exercise !
