What else are they going to do with the leftover Phaeton bits?

It reminds me of a CL more form the front then a conti GT. Soon everyone will own a Bentley. What is going on here? I can't wait till they release their e class competitor

I think it is meant to look like the benz for spy shot purposes. There is no way it would have that grill in production. I have driven the Cont. GT and would take this car over a benz or a Maser any day.

Thank you. Red label too. That's how it's meant to be. Continental R and T will remain the last real Bentleys to my eyes. :(

Jeff m- you are right. It is meant to look like a benz for spy shot purposes. The new Bentley 4 door will most likely have a similar front to the Continental GT. The rear will most likely look a little different. I bet it will be a beautiful car.

The grill is fake, as well as the badge on the front. Look at the red tape on the rear lamps - you can easily see through the tape and see the real lights. So yeah, the mercedes look is just a sham.

Since it's CGT based, it'll weigh in at a svelte 7,800lbs!

They may as well, not that I'll ever be caught dead behind the steering wheel of a Bentley anything. Perhaps in the back seats, but never behind the wheel. ;)

Its funny because I will take left over quality audi or VW parts over Ferraris poor excuse for parts in a second. Eventually, most car manufacturers will be owned by another brand parent company. The R&D will only help in the long run. Look how the Gallardo has already made a joke out of the 360.

I don't know if a $150k USD car is "cheapening" things too much... this means rich ppl are buying these instead of 360's or even 01 Bentleys that have depreciated to well under $150k!

I'd say seeing many of them means it's successful, and just what Bentley needs to keep it from rolling over and dying.

Waste? I think not...the CGT Sedan is going to be one of the most beautiful sedans available anywhere, I think it looks even better than the Coupe.
The Phaeton, now that was a waste.

Sure its great for VW , but i think Bentley lost its image. Its no longer a rare sight. And you know its just a VW underneath..

It can fool the lambda buyer but not the enthusiast.

Your opinion! I could care less what people are driving in Paris. You seem very opinionated for someone that has not even purchased your own exotic. I have seen you bash the Gallardo,Bentley,911 and I guess you don't like the SL55 either. Many people here have purchased these cars and don't need someone who's claim to fame is Daddy's cars telling them their cars suck. If you are an enthusiast, than have a little common courtesy.
