Bentley to release Merc S-Class and Quattroporte competitor!

Yep making an entry Bentley is crazy. I love the new GT ... buy one if I was loaded over a 612 or McLaren/Mercedes thingy anyday.

But this is exactly what killed Jaguar ... making the silly little rebodied Mondeo FWD Jaguar. While Jaguar have never been the same class as Bentley they have never lowered themselves to cr@p like that.

Yep they will sell heaps of these 'cheap' Bentley's but over time the brand will die.

Accountants cannot run engineering companies ... more proof!

I got invited to a marketing preview of this car. It's exactly the same as the Cont. GT but with four doors and a big ugly rear. No one at the event liked it and all thought it would suit the bling crowd or our dads. Several liked the Cont. GT and signed up for test drives. It's a shame they didn't take any risks to make it stand out - even the factory guys didn't seem to love it.
