    Rumor has it.........any thoughts???

    I say "Jolly good!!"

Always thought he had the perfect balance of seriousness and fun for a driver, what about as manager??

He says..."I'm still on vacation!" lol!

You guys cannot be serious, Berger is a fool (my opinion). He did nothing for BMW and Williams while he was there and did bugger all on the race track when he was racing ... unless he woke up that morning and decided that 'yes I'll race today'.

A play boy of a person that has no place as a manager of anything ...

    Pete's opinion

Edit: Atleast it would make F1 interesting again by handicapping Ferrari ;)

Berger has completely denied the rumor stating he could only wish to have an offer like that. But he does not intend to return to F1 yet and thanks the people for still talking about him.

stories are on www.crash.net and www.f1live.com

I am not sure if Berger has any management skills as he has not yet proven himself at this time. I liked him as a driver, but just not sure if he has what it takes to run a team. Let's not forget that when Jean Todt was hired, he was very experienced in running a racing team and was fresh off a very competitive Pugeot Rally Team. And I have always been a fan of the so call "Promote within " system as a showing of loyality toward your own people unless there is simply no one within that qualifies for the job, which I do not believe is the case with Ferrari.
