We're back! This year's rally is looking to be bigger, better, and very different from 2005. 1. We rally in the morning, when it's cooler. 2. We meet in Statesville, and head up into the high country for incredible photo opportunities and terrific driving 3. We return to Bermuda Run Country club for the concours and luncheon 4. Luncheon is largely subsidized by Ricambi America, so your only entrance fee is a measly $5/person! With some ferociously loud 348's and 355's (you know who you are!), some gorgeous 360's, stunning 308's and 328's, we'll have a nice assortment of cars. Through some Lambo's some BMW M's, and whatever else comes along, and it'll be a day to remember. Register now! http://www.ricambiamerica.com/product_info.php?products_id=261374
Registrations are coming in pretty quick! I think we've already locked about 15 cars. 308, 328, 355, 550, 360 that I know of... plus, the dangerously sexy white Countach is back!! Those of you who remember the 2004 Bermuda Run will recall the car. We basically rolled out of our cars at Hanging Rock State Park in a fit of exhaustion after some of those roads. This year promises to be even better.
Ethan, I'm sure Daniel told you that we will all be swapping cars for the rally. Looks like you'll be driving my 355 while I pilot your GT. Just wanted to let you know. ;-)
Ha. I like the 355. One of my best friends owns one. My car will sound silent next to the 355s!! Well anyway...if I learned one thing at the last VIR event...it's virtually all about the driver. Besides, I don't have a co-pilot. So, I will have to follow someone anyway. I am just honored to be able to drive with you all.
And a Z! Do I need to 'register' since, ya know, I kinda work at Ricambi, and you kinda, ya know, know me. EDIT wow I'm looking forward to hearing that FGT!
I'm sure you won't have any problems filling your passenger seat. If you do, I'll volunteer to be your navigator, and my wife can drive my 355. According to everyone else, she's a much better driver than me anyway!
Oh boy... looks like the pressure is on for this one! Lots of registrations, lots of cool cars are planned. I took a full test run yesterday (Saturday), but got nauseous form all the turns. I'm going to try a re-route this week that heads northwest from Statesville, then runs along the Blue Ridge Parkway, then back down to Bermuda Run. As long as we roll from Starbucks at 9:00am sharp, we should be in good shape. So far, we look to have the following (multiples of each car): 308 328 348 355 360 550 Lotus Ford GT Maser Lambo CT Anniversary Ed Stay tuned! -Daniel
Daniel, I hope to be in NC by the end of July and would love to join. I am kinda confused about the registration. 5.00 but then theres the "shipping" charge. Am I doing somthing wrong or is that intended? Whoops I just realized I had some other thing in there. I am a dumba$$! LOL! Thanks, Nate

Bwaaaaaa!! That's the email they send from ebay all right! But hey, where else can you get a Dino 246 GTS for $12,000. It's worth the risk, right?
Cool. It looks like the NC Charlotte area fchat folks are a lot more active than here in Olrando. I look forward to meeting yall. On a side note, does anyone know of a reputable, secure, insured, safe "toy storage" garage in Charlotte? Thank, Nate
Tom Cotter has a nice car storage facility in Concord called the Auto Barn. I'm not sure if they have a web site, but I hear it's "top notch".
