I'm not convinced that pre-nups are worth anything in the eyes of the Law these days anyway TBH! I'm also not convinced that Bernie came out of that marriage as badly as he might have! (I seem to recall reading somewhere that Slavica's name was on a lot of the assets that they owned, which may have actually ended up costing her a bit in the long run. She didn't come out of the marriage too badly though!)
I'm no lawyer so can't confirm or deny. What is evident though is that one is selling and the other is buying!
