    Hi all,

so I recently made a great find!

As you know Bertone went bankrupt last year and as Bertone, many other suppliers and car related companies in Turin (Italy) because of the economic crisis.

All the logos and signs you see here, were made by a company which worked for Bertone and other Fiat Group car companies in Turin (People said, was owned by family Agnelli). They were specialized in stands car shows and exhibitions. Together with this logos there were other exhibition objects as furnitures, etc...

This logos were made for Bertone (end 80's and 90's) for beeing displayed at the carshow in Turin Motorshow, Geneva Motorshow etc...

I have worked in the past for Bertone and can tell they are original and have been displayed at the shows. They are all made from wood and were attached with double face tape. On the big red "bertone" sign (Ref 3.A), you can even see a french newspaper (probably Motorshow Geneva, or Paris) , which was attached to the letters after the show and features the Porsche Karisma. So those red letters were showed together with the red Porsche Concept Car in the 90's...

I keep some signs in my collection and sell everything else out.

This is a unique chance to get it! Probably this are the only official Bertone logos for sale worldwide. Brands as Ferrari or Maserati have hundrets of dealers around the world, and that's why you can find many signs and logos for sale... but there were not Bertone dealers anywhere, all logos were produced piece by piece for the company in Turin and for the car shows in Geneva, Turin... etc.

    I sell:

    5X Silver "B" logos (Ref 1A) - high 63cm
    2X Blue "B" logos (Ref 1B) - high 63cm
    4X Green "B" logos (Ref 1C) - high 63 cm
    8X "BERTONE" small - GREY (Ref 2) - high 7cm
    1X "BERTONE" BIG - RED (Ref 3A) - high 28cm (aprox 300cm long)
    1X "BERTONE" BIG - SILVER (Ref 3B) - high 28cm (aprox 300cm long)
    1X "BERTONE" MEDIUM - SILVER GLOSSY (Ref 4A) - high 10cm
    1X "BERTONE" MEDIUM - SILVER MATT (Ref 4B) - high 10cm

And there were also couple of LANCIA black glossy signs:

    1X "LANCIA" MEDIUM (Ref 5A) - high 34,5cm
    1X "LANCIA" BIG (Ref 5B) - high 45cm

Selling everything out. Prices go from 500,00€ to 5000,00€ depending of which logos. If you are interested let PM and give me the Ref number. Can send more photos via email.

    Thanks!

Actually, there were dealers worldwide selling the X1/9 from '83-up as Bertone.

Very nice find! Would look nice hanging in my garage.

Yes, I was one and sold several, until 1985. This was a Malcolm Bricklin project to import these under the Bertone name and the 124 Spider (Spider 2000) under the Pininfarina name. It was a cool time, even if it wasn't terribly successful.

Thanks for feedback. Received some private messages last week so wanted to keep this post live. Have still many of them for sale. Could consider also to sell the lot.

    Cheers,
