    Is there anyone here on this board that works for Best Buy corporate? I have an extended warranty that they are not honoring & I keep getting the runaround, this is now going into the third week without contact or being resolved.

    thank you so much william for asking this, i have had the exact same thing with best buy, once my computer starts having the same problem that's been documented 6 times before, i think i'll use that vp contact.
