    open the door and get out... how else? The wheel tubs in the trailer aren't full length, and those side doors are placed pretty well. It's not as hard as it looks.

    Well in the case of that trailer, there is plenty of room on the tailgate to stop the car, get out, and roll it the rest of the way in...or do what they probably did, which was line the car up with the door on the side of the trailer, and have the driver use the door opening for the driver door of the car.

    That or oldschool style and come out through the window.
