    Got Mattel red F40 for $5 in the toy shop in the middle of nowhere while travelling around the country.
    Later on a friend of mine brought 2 Mattel F50s - red and yellow - for $10 each. Remade both to be F50 GT1 and presented them to my friends from Australia.

    Not a model but a rare book. I found at a garage sale for $5.00 The Enzo Ferrari Story 1962 first edition w/ book jacket. From what I understand only 750 were printed in English.

    I found a nearly unobtainable McLaren F1 but it wasn't for sale...
    after a little chat , the guy traded it for 2 CD's of Black Metal music.
