    At the risk of not using the search button...

    Most of the F40's sound great in the video's I've seen.
    Wondering if the preferred setup was a stock exhaust, Tubi, or... ?

    The Tubi LM set up probably . However , from what i have heard it doesnt pass some emission tests and with ever more strict noise regulations on track , it might be more of a pb than a regular Tubi ( which sounds good , nothing orgasmic ) .

    I was/am considering tubi LM's for my f40... they look great, but I'm afraid they may be a bit too loud for street use! And people getting tossed off a track for being too loud is a bit worrisome.

    I'm waititng to see / hear cars with the various options... LM no cats vs LM with cats vs standard tubi F40 exhaust

    LM with no cats is a bit harsh for my taste. Tubi's with no cats is nice. We are just about to try the new HyperFlows cats with the Tubi LM pipes which I believe will be the end all answer.

    Anyone ideas on what is best to replace a pair of cat's with the final exhaust being a Tubi sports muffler. This is a Euro spec car.

    We have done about 4-5 Ferrari F40 setups ranging from LM wastegate and turbos w FULL Tubi Tube LM setup, to a more mild Tubi Tube muffler and keeping the original cats.
